The modern, simple, striking architecture and the beautiful property with old trees and fruit trees make the house something really special. There are two almost identical residential units (each up to a maximum of 6 people) with two bedrooms each (bedroom 1 on the ground floor with double bed, large bedroom 2 on the top floor with double bed and space for 2 additional beds). The two apartments (one with shower room and one with bathtub) can also be rented together for groups and families of up to 12 people if necessary and connected by a large double wing door in the kitchen/dining area. Cozy evenings by the fireplace, fun nights by the campfire, barbecue, breakfast on the terrace, relaxing in the shade of the trees, snacking on fruit, climbing trees, reading in the hammock, romping in the garden...all this is easily possible! It is close to the beach, a true surfing and kite Eldorado. Here children can play and swim in the shallow water. In the small village shop you can get groceries. And the surrounding area also has a lot to offer with the estate in Ludwigsburg, the proximity to the Hanseatic cities of Greifswald and Stralsund, as well as the short distances to Rügen and especially Usedom.
