Originally constructed in 1957 as a harbour crane, this colourful piece of engineering has seen the KNSM Island evolve from an industrial area to a creative hub. The crane itself was completely dismantled, and put back together as a luxury apartment, which boasts a luxurious bathtub, superb views, and interior design from the renowned Dutch designer Edward van Vliet. A stay in The Crane apartment will be a unique experience for anyone who has a passion for history, design, architecture, fun, and indulgence. We're fully digital, so there's no reception or staff onsite. Instead, guests use our digital check-in and PIN codes to access the property and their rooms! Additionally, our guest experience team is available 24/7 for any questions or concerns via WA, and email.
