Little Cedars house

Little Cedars is a beautifully presented 2-bedroom detached house which was built by my husband in 2019. It is situated in the village of Playing Place which is on the outskirts of Truro. You will have everything provided inside for a cosy and welcoming stay, with free Wifi and Netflix added to the TV, too. Outside, the property has the benefit of parking for 2 cars on the gravel and there is an enclosed paved patio. The space •Underfloor heating throughout the ground floor. •Fully equipped kitchen with integrated tall fridge freezer, washer/dryer. •Space for a laptop on the breakfast bar •Cornish instant coffee, tea, biscuits and soft drinks with a further supply of other hot drinks available. •King-sized bedroom on the ground floor •Main bathroom with a toilet and shower-over-bath •Dining/living area which leads directly out onto the enclosed patio **BBQ available June-September, or in the winter upon special request** The ceiling is vaulted in the living space with the addition of a velux window for natural light and 2 luxurious hanging pendant lights for added indulgence. Following up the stairs from here leads you directly onto a small balcony which overlooks the space below, and then into the Double bedroom. There is a lot of natural light in this space which is aided by 4 velux windows and you have your own private and enclosed en-suite toilet and shower room too. The rooms upstairs have been built into the roof space of the property but the slanted ceilings just add a bit of character! Please note: no baby/child items are provided and there is no stairgate. You will need to bring your own supplies (such as crib, plates, toys etc). Please contact me beforehand if children are included in your stay.
