On the 1st floor, 2 bedrooms with double bed overlooking the hinterland and the bay of Banyuls with dresser, porticoes, shelves and TNT TV. 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds overlooking a small quiet corridor with shelves and a wardrobe. The bathroom is equipped with a shower cubicle and massage nozzles, a towel rail, a hairdryer, a designer sink and storage. Separate toilet. The garden has been completely redesigned with the help of a landscaper, terrace facing west with views of the Bay of Banyuls and the mountains, masonry barbecue (not to be used because of fire problems!!), private and secure parking in the Villa (can accommodate 2 vehicles).
