The pool has a new electric heater and can also be solar-heated. This house has everything one could need to fully unwind. Enjoy some true Florida flair in the comfortable, gorgeously designed interior. Each bedroom features a large closet with plenty of room. There are 2 bathrooms, one with a shower + toilet and the other with a bathtub + toilet. The living area comes equipped with a 55” Smart TV as well as a Blu-Ray player and a stereo system. Only regional TV programs included. Each room has air-conditioning. There are also ceiling fans. By the lovely private pool, there is a gas grill and plenty of seating, perfect for some cosy poolside dining. The fan provides a cool breeze. The pool area also has loungers for sunbathing and plenty of towels. The pool is automatic heated by solar, so you can enjoy your bath the whole time and if it is a little bit colder, you can heat the pool with the new electric heater. Just outside the pool area, there is a garden that is great for playing badminton and football with the kids or even just for running around. The kitchen is completely furnished with everything you could need for cooking and baking. The wonderful Florida Room is the ideal place for reading, relaxing, and just about any other peaceful activity you could think of. The cleaning fee will be doubled if you bring a dog with you.
