Tindal's Cottage is a charming 2 bedroom house offering a unique and tranquil getaway set in this beautiful 1840 courtyard which is the former Home farm to The Earl Fitzwilliam Estate, the neighbouring property which is now Coolattin Golf Club. The property is no longer a farm and is residential only. Tindal's cottage offers 2 good sized bedrooms which can be used as twins or doubles. All the windows look on to the courtyard. You have full use of the courtyard and gardens. The space There is a kitchen/dinning/sitting room combined. 1 of the bedrooms has a private ensuite and the other bedroom is located just opposite the main bathroom. The house is easy to heat and cosy. There is central heating and an open fire place. Central heating is paid for by the guest. Guest access You need a car to get around - no public transport Other things to note Oil fired central heating for heating and hot water will not be charged unless your use of heating is above a normal average usage. If this is exceeded then a charge may be applied.
