A country house full of life with a pool

The place Enjoy the beauty and charm of staying at a peaceful place with wonderful stary nights and great green sights of nature. Have the chance to rest in the countryside only 40min from Asunción and 15min from Mariano Roque Alonso down town. Located in Limpio a city with lots of nature, not so many people and lots of green sightseeing really near Paraguay River. Guest access Facilities We have an open área with barbacue set, tables, electric stove, dishes, cutlery, refrigerator, Yard chairs, chairs and tables for approximately 12 persons, and two resting chairs for sun tanning near the beautiful pool. We have parking with no ceiling but inside the property, a beach volleyball court and a beautiful yard. The place counts with a double bed, 2 small beds, two bathrooms, one of them wuth hot water inside the room and the otrhe outside the room. The room also have Air conditioner and dinking water (Hot and cold). Other things to note Parties If ever you want to celebrate any event, you need to ask for permisión and wait for aproval and depending on the type of event…you might be asked to give a plus amount of money. Paraguayan Id Card We also offer this service. If ever you are interested just let us know and we will help you with that paper work.
