In the summer, a pool is located in the backyard. There is one parking spot in the courtyard of the villa, and in front of the villa there is ample space for parking more cars. For your comfortable stay, we offer 3 large and 4 children's bikes. Guest access Direction: The village of Divčovoto is located just 110 km. from the city of Sofia. The village can be reached by a motorway, then a well-maintained mountain road. Estimated travel time: 1 hour and 30 minutes. Layout: The villa is set in the beautiful mountain village – Divčovoto, just 10 kilometers from Cherni Vit and 20 kilometers from the town of Teteven. Nearby, there's a grocery store and a brand new playground. 100 meters away is the Divchovska River, which runs through the entire village. Within walking distance is the Cordela Lodge, from which the Boatin Eco Biosphere Reserve Trail begins, famous for thelargest beech array in all of Europe. Central Balkan National Park starts from the reservation. In Boatin, a large area with pulmonary lichen is also found, which, combined with ozone from the centuries-old beech forest, has an extremely favorable impact on asthma and lung disease sufferers. Nearby is also the eco trail "The path of Benkovski", which connects the village of Divchovoto with Ribaritsa and on May 24 tourists from all over the country gather to walk this route.
