House on the hill

Our "House on the hill" is, as the name suggests, a cozy detached house with sea view built on the hill between the colorful center of San Nicolas and the popular Baby Beach. But also 2 minutes from the kitesurf beach Boca Grandi. We have 2 bedrooms, a modern kitchen with dishwasher, hob with wok burner, American fridge and microwave with oven and 1 bathroom with rain shower and hand shower and warm water. There is also a terrace and a small porch. The space Our house is located almost at the end of the road on the hill of Lago Heights. If you drive further down this road, you will be right on Boca Grandi beach. We are also proud that our house already works for a large part on solar and wind energy, such as our air conditioners, TV and a large part of our kitchen. Please limit the use of the dishwasher, TV and aircos, they work on the batteries and the solar panels available depending on the number of hours of sunshine per day. Airconditioning is not always necessary with us, because we are on top of a hill and there is always enough wind to blow out the heat. TV has no cable but only streaming internet.
