Casa Torotes - a family beach house

Large (5,000 square foot) family beach house on the sand in La Ribera. House is used frequently by my Southern California based family. We occasionally make it available to guests. 8 minutes to Costas Palmas and Mozza Restaurant. 35 minutes to Cabo Pulmo. Although the area is developing (4 Seasons, Aman, Costas Palmas Marina) the town of La Ribera is still an old fashioned Baja Pueblo. Familiarize yourself with the area. you won't be disappointed. The space Mexican style architecture and furnishings. Plenty of home made furnishings from local crafts people. Guest access The whole house is open ... no "owners" space. We expect guests to treat the home as their own.
