Judy House Negril- Papaya - Single Backpacker Room

Country & pretty, set in a beautiful tropical garden the Judy House attracted travelers from 56 countries in 2017. In a very friendly, local, safe community 10 mins from a local beach at the end of our road close to 'Canoe's Beach Bar', Quality's Restaurant and Negril's only 'German Bar'. Many supermarkets, banks, Cambios, restaurants are within walking distance from the Judy House. Access the cliffs or Negril's 7-mile white sand beach walking or take a local, cheap, route taxi ride instead. The space A hostel room designed specifically for backpackers & travellers with limited luggage that are travelling Jamaica, the Caribbean or the world! Papaya is a small single room with a window and it's own lockable door outfitted with a single bed, standing fan, shelving, mirror, small table, dishware and a safe box. All bedding and towels are provided too. Two shared kitchens, one with barbque, equipped with most things you need to cook. There is also a prep and dining area close to one kitchen. Two bathrooms, with mirrors and hooks. One has a hot water heater but water is rarely cold as the sun heats the tank water most days. There is also an outdoor shower at the back of the housekeeping room. The Judy House is self-catering so there is no daily maid service. For the long stay guest there is room service every 7 days. We both compost and recycle so please assist with that process. Please let one of us know if there is anything else you need. Guest access No curfew and guests have a key to get in and out of property. Everywhere is accessible to hostel guests except for Judy House and Kim's Place Cottage areas plus Zoe's Private garden area. Includes access the all property facilities, including 2 kitchens and 2 bathrooms, barbque, tropical gardens, sun loungers, hammock cabanas and garden, outdoor shower, dining areas, wifi and our ' One 4 the Road' Honesty Bar. Other things to note Set in a very friendly, local, safe community only minutes from our local Mary's Bay Beach with the wonderful 'Canoe Beach Bar' on one side and Negril's only 'German Bar' on the other side. Most things are walkable from the Judy House, from cliffs to the main 7-mile beach. Not a walker? Easy to take a local, cheap, route taxi ride instead. Most supermarkets, banks, Cambios, and restaurants are within walking distance too. 1. Free Fibre Optic Wifi and Netflix are available. 2. 'One 4 the Road Honesty Bar' is provided for guests to purchase drinks and snacks 24 hours a day with a 'check the price', 'write what you take down' and 'pay later' Honour system. 3. The property is fenced and gated plus there is 24-hour security through wireless cameras. Martel (Guard) and I are both government-trained and registered P.R.S.A. security guards. 4. At the Judy House we have a 'no visitors' policy so you will only interact with other guests or staff on property. Additional rules 1. Respect other guests and staff alike. 2, Help us conserve water and electricity, plus recycle water into the gardens. 3. Help us recycle and dispose of trash sensibly. 4.
