saikung village house

We have a beautiful room for rent in Saikung - just 30 mins bus and/or train to HK island, 20 mins bus to Mongkok and TST, 5 mins bus to HKUST and 10 mins bus to Saikung trail walk. Nearby you can easily find restaurants, a 7-11 and supermarket. The space We are in a quiet part of Hong Kong with hiking trails and the sea nearby. Part of a duplex with roof, the room is bright and airy with air-con. You also have your own private bathroom with toilet and shower (not en suite) and access to a washing machine, kitchen, lounge and cable-TV. On the roof is a nice sitting indoor and outdoor area. Living in the same house are two dogs (Max Mae) and two cats (Smudge and Munchkin). The main town of Saikung is 15 minutes by bus and is packed with seafood / other restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and much more. There are also ferries to islands and beaches to explore. Guest access Kitchen with kettle, toaster and microwave, fridge, TV with cable, WiFi and plates & cutlery. If you want to cook in Kitchen, please ask before you book. During your stay We are always happy to help, answer questions and give recommendations. Other things to note Monthly rent is $8600, for one person only. Please respect the privacy of other rooms and people on the premises. The cats and dogs are friendly but can sometimes be shy. We look forward to welcoming guests from the Airbnb world!
