Spanish Elm is located in the hills of St. Catherine. It is a studio cottage with one queen size bed, a bathroom and a kitchen and living space in one common area. It accommodates 2 people but no children. It is located above Kyah Place, a three bedroom guest house on the property. It has a private entrance, accessed from the rooftop terrace. It has a private veranda and shares the rooftop terrace and plunge pool only when there are guests at Kyah place. The space It is an open concept space with a private veranda. The kitchen comes complete with pots and pans, dishes and utensils. The living area has a computer work space. There is a large veranda with a hammock and outdoor seating. There is a terrace with a plunge pool and great for sun bathing. Will only be shared if there are guests at Kyah Place. The entire property has a security system with cameras placed strategically around the perimeter. The property can only be accessed thru a large entrance gate. Guest access Spanish Elm is located in town center. Public transportation is steps away. There is one parking space available for guests of Spanish Elm. Cook shops and supermarkets are a stone’s throw away. There are two gas stations within close proximity. Other things to note The rate is based on the maximum of two guests. No additional overnight guests are allowed. The house has security cameras strategically placed on the perimeter of the property. Parking is available for one car. There is a small house on the property but it does not share any of Spanish Elm’s amenities. It does not interfere with the privacy afforded by Spanish Elm. Services such as transportation, laundry, in house spa treatments and meal preparation can all be arranged for a fee. Latty and Berry are both our resident “chefs” and meal preparation can be discussed with then. . Our drivers are all independent contractors.
