Cozy apartment in the mountains with terrace

Feichten in Kaunertal, a region that in 2021 was the only region in Austria to be named "Best Tourism Villages by UNWTO" by the UN World Tourism Organization. The space Our house is located on the edge of the forest of Feichten. In our apartment live two people quite feudal and three to four very comfortable. The apartment is at ground level, the terrace accessible from the outside on the 1st floor. There is also the possibility to sit outside directly in front of the apartment. Guest access QUELLALPIN - A modern spa with swimming pool, fitness, sauna area, bowling alley, bouldering wall, shooting range and restaurant - within three minutes walking distance from us. With the Summer-Card our guests pay only half price and the use of the tennis and beach volleyball courts are free of charge. In the winter season the indoor swimming pool and fitness are free; sauna for our guests at a reduced price. Revision and therefore closed from 22.05. to 06.06.2025. . In addition, our guests have FREE admission to the swimming lake in Ried and the outdoor pools Prutz and Pfunds! Other things to note The high mountains have their special charm in every season. Pure nature amidst the proud mountains of Kaunergrat and Glockturmkamm. We live in an area rich in art history. The Rhaetian Triangle with the "Oberes Gericht" - Tyrol, the "Vinschgau" - South Tyrol as well as the "Engadin" - Switzerland is the most densely populated area in Europe with ancient monuments. The local tax of € 2,80 per person and night (from 01.12.23 € 3,50) will be settled in cash on the spot.
