Cozy apartment in the mountains with terrace

Feichten in Kaunertal, a region that was named "Best Tourism Villages by UNWTO" in 2021 by the UN World Tourism Organization as the only region in Austria. The space Our house is located on the edge of the forest of Feichten. In our apartment, two people live quite lavishly and three to four very comfortably. The apartment is at ground level, the terrace is accessible from the outside on the 1st floor. It is also possible to sit outside right in front of the apartment. Guest access QUELLALPIN - A modern spa with swimming pool, fitness, sauna area, bowling alley, bouldering wall, shooting range and restaurant - within three minutes' walking distance from us. With the Summer Card, our guests only pay half price and the use of the tennis and beach volleyball courts are free of charge. With the Winter Card - from October 1 to April 30 - the indoor pool and fitness are free; sauna for our guests at a reduced price. Inspection and thus closed from May 19 to June 6, 2025. In addition, our guests have FREE admission to the swimming lake in Ried in summer as well as in the outdoor pools Prutz and Pfunds. Other things to note The high mountains have their special charm in every season. Pure nature in the midst of the proud mountains of Kaunergrat and Glockturmkamm. We live in an art-historically very rich area. The Rhaetian Triangle with the "Upper Court" - Tyrol, the "Vinschgau" - South Tyrol and the "Engadine" - Switzerland is the most densely populated area in Europe with old monuments. The city tax of €3.50 will be collected in cash on site.
