The farm has more than enough space to enjoy mountain biking, long hikes or easy walks along sheep paths. The comfortable farmhouse is surrounded by a lush garden. The space This is a three bedroom house with fourth bedroom in a separate apartment next to the house. One bedroom, the living room and the apartment have air conditioning units. The living room and dining room are one big area with an inside braai (BBQ) and a sliding door open onto a green lawn surrounded with big beautiful trees. There is a country kitchen with a separate scullery. All three bathrooms are newly renovated and have a bath and shower. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine. The garden is fenced, so pets are welcome to enjoy the open space. Other things to note * No pets are allowed inside the house. * No smoking are allowed inside the house. * The property is situated far away from the closest supermarkets, you have to stock up on groceries before arrival. * There is limited cell phone reception. * You can buy Karoo lamb and firewood on request.
