Spectacular beachfront house, very private, with WIFI, set next to the boutique eco-resort Al Natural Resort, convenient to take advantages of its delicious meals and tours. Snorkel and kayaks are available. You can swim right from the beach in front of the house to the nearby reefs, the water is always safe. The space The house is truly beautiful and stunning, made all in a local wood of the oak family, it is contemporary in the design and traditional in the material. It is completely off the grid, equipped with a blend of 12 volt and 120 volt electrical systems. The surrounding area of the house is quite untouched, very peaceful. The beach in front of the house is made of very fine sand, it is fine to take sunbath, stroll or play racket ball. Swimming in the lagoon in front of the house is always safe. There is other beaches around the point, wilder and more exposed to the waves of the Caribbean sea that you can walk to. You can explore the reefs just in front of the house by yourself by swimming from the beach or by using the kayaks and the snorkel equipment of the nearby resort. Three bedroom/2 bathrooms designed beach villa: master bedroom with king size bed and complete bathroom, guest bedroom with Queen size bed, third bedroom with 2 single beds (which can make another king size), second full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen with a regular size electrical fridge, two large living rooms, one inclosed and one open to the terrace, house is fully equipped with solar energy and rain water: hot and cold water in bathroom, ceiling fans in every bedroom and the open air living room, many sitting areas. The rate includes running water, electricity and WIFI (excellent for e-mail, computer based phone communication and web browsing, perfect for Netflix, not recommended for heavy uploads or downloads). Complementary use of sit-on kayaks, pick-up at Bocas airport, the boat transfer, at fixed times, from Bocas town to La Residencia Natural in Bastimentos island and the return to Bocas town at the end of the stay at set time are all included in the rate . At your arrival, we will direct you to the best facilities for the buying of the grocery and all you need to get before your departure to the islands. The boat transfer from the Al Natural Landing in Bocas town to La Residencia is a very scenic 45 minutes boat rides though the waters of the Bastimentos Marine park. Our boat leaves our office in Bocas town between 12:00 and 1:00pm . The departure from the villa for the return transfer is between 8:00 and and 10:00am. Transfer outside those time are $100.00. Sometimes, when we do not need to do our regular morning boat shuttle, we can be flexible with the schedule of our boat without having to charge any additional cost, please check with me. Please note that cleaning of the house during the stay is not included. Service of a maid, cook, and/or babysitter are easily available at affordable rate. Massage service is also offered. If you need laundry, we will take them to town to a laundry facility. Please bring your own biodegradable shampoo and conditioner, we provide biodegradable dishwasher soap. We provides drinkable water in 5 gallon jar, easier and cheaper, the cost is $7.00 per jar, to be paid at check-out . Guest access Snorkeling equipment and kayaks are available at no extra cost. Very private, set within the Al Natural Resort of which all the services and amenities are available at extra cost, including restaurant, bar, boat tours and diving. You can enjoy all the tours offered by the resort, which will take you to the best snorkel spots in the archipelago (Zapatillas islands, corral Keys, and other secret spots). Also, there is the large idyllic white sand beach of Zapatillas islands that is very attractive. Long beach, in the national park of Bastimentos island is also accessible either by boat (when the sea allowed it) or by trekking. Al Natural organizes various trekking along the beaches of Bastimentos. The hotel organize fishing tour and also boat tours through several mangrove rivers with a visit to the Indian villages of Salt Creeks, to Dolphin Bay, to Red Frog Beach or to Bastimentos town, which is at a short walk distance of First Beach. Please note that for now we are NOT offering scuba diving and PADI courses at our Zapatillas Padi Dive Center at Al Natural. Diving is still available, we organize it with a dive shop in Bocas with whom we work all the time. We take care of reserving the dive and organizing the boat trip to go and come back after the dive. Thank you You can also join the table of Al Natural Resort for dinner, lunch and/or breakfast. Please reserve your presence at least one day in advance. The cost of a dinner is $40.00 per person, including a three course delicious meal and wine served throughout the dinner . Breakfast is $15.00 p.p and ,lunch $20.00 p.p. Dinners are served family style and at fixed hour (8:00 PM for dinner with cocktail time starting at 7:00PM). Lunch at 1:00pm and breakfast, anytime between 8:00am and 10:00am. This is a great occasion to try our kitchen and meet great people. Shall you wanted a meal package for your entire stay, please indicate to me what you would like and will send you a quote with our best price. If you come during the low season, having a meal package for all your nights is the way to be sure that the hotel will be open throughout your stay. If interested, Al Natural Resort offers also special honeymoon or anniversary night dinner. It includes a special five courses gourmet diner served in the most romantic setting: the bohio built at the end of our dock. You eat there in complete intimacy with candle lights, facing the sunset; the dinner is accompanied by tropical aperitif, champagne, white and red wines. Except special requests, you will have the opportunity to try many dishes made of the best local fresh seafood and fishes. Previous clients have been very pleased with this service. The price for this special romantic evening is an additional $140.00 for the couple. Please indicate to me if you are interested. Please note that during in June and July the Al Natural Resort is close and that during the low season (from May to November), the hotel might not be open everyday and that some of those services described above will not be available. However, all has been taking care off and at the Villa you will have your own guardian/concierge, Mr. Demetrio Becker, who will be using one of our nice boat and can take you to any tours you want or back to Bocas for more shopping if you need too, and arrange for you kayaks or what ever you need. Also we have available for you right there a lady who can help you to clean if you wanted to (the wife of Demetrio). The cost is $4.00 per hour. Shall you wanted to dine out, there is another hotel down the beach with a clubhouse where you can have drinks or eat. Also various excursions can be combined with a spot for a delicious lunch at other beach or over the water restaurant (Coral Cay, Red Frog, ...) Other things to note BOAT TRANSFERS: The schedule of the boat transfers between Bocas town and the villa to arrive to the villa and to return to town at the end of the stay is as fellows: In order to limit our carbon footprint, please note that we are trying to do only one trip per day between Bocas and Bastimentos Island. We have only one boat leaving Bocas between 12:00 and 1:00 pm every day. Most people do opt for the Air Panama morning flight, which is perfect as it gives you enough time to shop. We organize the pick-up at the airport and will take you to the Al Natural Landing in Bocas town where you can leave your luggage and will indicate to you a place where you can have breakfast if arrive early and do the shopping. Shall you choose an afternoon plane arrival, or if you miss our morning boat, just indicate us your arrival time to us and we will set an extra boat transfer for you; we charge for an afternoon boat transfer an extra cost of $100.00 for the trip. Shall we do not need to do our morning boat the day of your arrival, then we can do the afternoon trip at no extra cost. Our afternoon boat leaves Bocas usually between 4:00 and 4:30 PM. On your departing day from Al Natural, we try to have only one boat leaving our beach in Bastimentos any time between 8:00 and 10:00 am, depending on the guests schedule requirement. Please book the intermediary Air Panama Flight that leaves around midday. Shall you need a transfer at another time and if we needed to do our regular transfer, an extra transfer has a cost of an extra cost of $100.00 for the boat. Should you choose to leave the villa in the afternoon, please note that the check-out time of the apartment is no later than 10:00 am if the apartment is rented the day you leave and that the next guests are arriving in the morning. For your convenience, there is a place where you can leave belongings, change clothe and take a shower at the villa. Please note that in June and July and when during the low season the hotel Al natural Resort is not open, we are more flexible as you will be the only one using the boat and we will schedule the arrival and departure boat at the time that fits you best at no extra cost.
