The apartment is ground floor with parking area and private entrance. It is also well lit indoors and outdoors with environmentally friendly illumination. Wi-Fi/Internet is included however speed and bandwidth might be patchy so for WFH it's advisable to source your own. Electricity credit of 50EGP/ day is included which will be enough, if you require any extra usage for any reason you can top up credit from the resort office. Please note that beach access isn't included. And some swimming pools are restricted for owners use only. Within Azzurra there're bars, cafes restaurants, health club, and 24/7 secured gated community. Senzo mall is just outside the compound 10 minutes drive with all leisure facilities and shopping arcades of world known branded goods. This property would be ideal for couples and small families alike, due to close proximity to the area’s transport links and leisure facilities. Unfortunately due to local laws unmarried egyptian couples aren't allowed to cohabitat.
