When you enter the property, there is a gate in which you can safely park, if you have a car. You then enter the unit's first door directly into the lively garden courtyard with outdoor seating! After entering the second door, you have made it into the Oasis, on the first level, there is a bathroom, laundry, a fully equipt kitchen, a dining area, and a living room with a large sectional and a 70-inch Smart TV. But what really captures your attention is the incredible view of the turquoise ocean from the entire first floor, which can be enjoyed from inside or outside on the oceanside balcony.
