It features 3 bedrooms, with maximum occupancy of 6 people,2.5 bathrooms, living room, dinning area, kitchen area. Each bedroom has access to a balcony. Indoors The villa is divided into three levels with simple architectural details and design. There are 3 air conditioned bedrooms in total, with maximum occupancy of 6 people. It offers 2 fully equipped bathrooms and a WC and each bedroom has access to a balcony, a private swimming pool and a bbq. On the first floor, you can reach two bedrooms (both with a double bed), a kitchen with a sitting area, living room, 1 bathroom with shower and 1 WC. An exterior staircase takes you to the second floor where another double bedroom is, a small kitchen with a sitting area a living room and the second full bathroom. From the spacious balcony you can enjoy the amazing sea view and the beautiful sunset while you enjoy your meal or cocktail! Outdoors At the outdoor area there is a small garden and a yard with a private swimming pool (24sqm size, 1.2 depth) , barbeque and sitting/ dining area. This is a simple cozy beach house with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, built a few meters away from the beach and close to the historic , picturesque old town of Rethymno. Sea view of the beach and just a few minutes walking distance to a super market, restaurants. There is free access to parking, wifi and air condition (there is one big unit for each floor which is sufficient to cool the whole area).
