Includes an AC, a comfy king-sized bed, an extra mattress & a wardrobe. It has an ensuite bathroom and an attached patio. BEDROOM 2 (Ground Floor) This spacious cottage-style room is on the ground floor. Includes an AC, a comfy king-sized bed, an extra mattress & a wardrobe. It has an ensuite bathroom and an attached patio. BEDROOM 3 (Ground Floor) This spacious cottage-style room is on the ground floor. Includes an AC, a comfy king-sized bed, & a wardrobe. It has an ensuite powder room and an attached patio. BATHROOMS There are 2 attached bathrooms and one ensuite powder room on the ground floor. The ensuite powder room is not equipped with shower facilities. Both attached bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries. KITCHEN Guests can access the kitchen premises for reheating purposes. Additionally, they can access the kitchen to cook their own meals at an additional cost of Rs.2000. It is equipped with a microwave, oven, gas stove, refrigerator, toaster, water purifier, crockery, cutlery, mixer, and grinder. PATIO There is a spacious patio on the ground floor of the property overlooking the sandy beach. Furnished with a parasol and ample sweating, this patio can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. LAWN This home boasts 3 acres of a sprawling verdant lawn. It is surrounded by coconut palms that give the home a beachy vibe. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa. Other things to note ADD-ON SERVICES - Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost. - Barbecue can be arranged at an extra charge. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - Outside food is not allowed. - Guests can enjoy a bonfire session at an additional charge of Rs.500 per use. - Pets can be accommodated at an additional cost of Rs. 2000 per pet. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
