Bed arrangement: Suite 1: 1 Full Bed; Suite 2: 1 double bed + 2 single beds or four single beds; Sofa bed in the living room for up to 2 people. We provide all bed and bath linens. The condominium has a 24-hour concierge, adult and children's pool, barbecue area and sauna. The space The duplex has the following layout: ✅ Two en-suites at the top, one with a balcony overlooking the pool. ✅ The lower part consists of a living room, kitchen, social bathroom and private barbecue area. ✅ 01 parking space (inside the condominium). Note: We are located on a quiet, low-traffic street and our entrance is open 24 hours a day (the guard has visibility of the cars parked in front of the condominium), and we also have a surveillance camera monitoring system in front of the condominium, so there is no problem leaving the car parked in front of the condominium if you have 2 cars. General information: Accommodation is only allowed for the number of people stated in the reservation. Bed and bath linens are provided at check-in. During the stay, we do not change or clean the apartment, but these services can be contracted directly at the entrance. We provide a broom, squeegee, bucket and floor cloth. Cleaning products (detergent, scouring pad, disinfectant, etc.) are the guest's responsibility. 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom is provided at check-in; replenishment is the guest's responsibility.
