"Pippa" offers an ideal retreat for singles or couples in a typical thatched Frisian house. The living area of about 35 m2 is spread over a stylish and at the same time modernly equipped living/dining area, kitchen (incl. dishwasher, Nespresso machine with milk frother, ceramic hob) and a cozy bedroom with double bed. The terrace with seating set and beach chair invites you to sunbathe and linger amidst typical Sylt "rosehip and reed roof silhouette". The apartment is located on the quiet outskirts of List (Mellhörn) directly on the nature reserve and just a "stone's throw" (about 200 m) from the beach. The center of List can be reached in a few minutes on foot or by bus (bus stop is right in front of the street). The apartment has high-speed Internet (Wi-Fi), cable TV and its own parking space right outside the door! A single dog is welcome to come along after prior registration!
