The space The apartment is fully equipped and exclusively furnished to provide absolute satisfaction for your stay. It has 4 rooms (living room + 3 bedrooms) with 2 single beds and 3 double beds and 1 sofa-bed. An equipped stylish kitchen, two bathrooms and two restrooms will give you all comfort you need. The apartment is ideal for families or large group of friends and is an excellent fit for people of 8, but comfortable for 10 people, too. Apartment is equipped with: High-speed WI-FI, TV, microwave, fridge, Nespresso, towels, hair dryer, shampoo, etc. The building is a typical historical (more than 100 years old) residential house. The area is calm and safe. 7/24 grocery, and coffe-shop with breakfast at the front side of the building, Indian and Hungarian restaurants in just 1 minute walk. You have everything nearby such as banks, ATM, exchange offices, supermarkets, restaurants, bakeries, groceries, pharmacies and hospital. The neighborhood is called the "Palace District", safe and clean, surrounded by old palaces. The National Museum and river Danube is in the neighborhood. Important sights are in 2-10 minute walk, such as National Museum, the Great Market Hall, the historical downtown, St. Stephen's Cathedral, the Great Synagogue, museums, galleries. The neighboring party district is full of bars, the famous ruin pubs, clubs, and restaurants within just a few minutes walk. Pedestrian area with bars and restaurants is within 2-5 min (Kazinczy utca, Mikszáth tér, Ráday utca). Some of the coolest bars of the city in the middle of the Jewish quarter. Many bars and restaurants are in Gozsdu courtyard. Szimpla Kert is the oldest ruin pub, also the best place to socialize and drink in a bathtub or a Trabant cabrio, while a gnome is hanging above your head. Metro: Metro 2 (red), Metro 3 (blue), Metro 4 (green) Tram: no. 4-6 (the busiest tramline in Europe, 7/24), tram 2 (one of the top 10 most beautiful tramlines in the world), no. 47-49 Bus: line5, line7, line8, line108, line110, line112, line133, line178 and many others. You can easily use the city-bikes (BUBI), you can find a bike station next to our building. Guest access The whole apartment is fully yours during your staying. Other things to note Check-in from 2pm to 11.30pm, check-out at 10am. Our neighbors are mostly employed and/or retired people, please have respect for them. Do not be noisy after 9pm and before 8am. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment, but allowed on the open corridor in front of the main door. Our apt is not suitable for pets. As I recommend you a home, similarly to those in the neighborhood, please keep the Hungarian regulations and do not speak loud on the corridor after 9 PM. Registration Details MA19017995
