Welcome to the "Royal Beach" penthouse! The living space of your luxury home with its spectacular view of the sea and the Binz pier is a generous 140 m². The living room gets its extraordinary character from the elaborate window construction, the tower battlements illuminated from the inside, and not least from the fireplace, which conjures up a wonderful atmosphere. The furnishings are luxurious and extremely tasteful with subtle colors and the finest... Other things to note ... fabrics. The 5-star penthouse is fully equipped with underfloor heating and Wi-Fi for your comfort. In addition, there are several flat-screen TVs in the living areas and bedrooms. The fully equipped kitchen, including a wine refrigerator - including a bottle of red and white wine - and ice maker, is separated from the living room by a transparent glass sliding element and has chairs, a dining table and direct access to the terrace. A fully automatic coffee machine makes the start of the day perfect. One of the two bedrooms has its own en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bathroom can be entered from the hallway and is equipped with a sauna and a bathtub with a whirlpool function. The bathrooms are tiled with limestone and have sophisticated sanitary objects and fittings such as a "colored" water LED display. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also available. From the front bedroom as well as from the kitchen there is direct access to the terrace, which is partially protected by a side-open copper roof against excessive sunlight. An air conditioning system ensures a pleasantly cool indoor climate even in summer. The beautiful terrace is covered with fine bankirai wood and equipped with sun loungers. An additional highlight is the private beach chair reserved for you (seasonally from May to September) on the fine, white sandy beach of Binz, approx. 3 minutes' walk from the house. An underground parking space for your car is of course reserved. The penthouse can be easily reached by elevator. The Penthouse Royal Beach is ideal for 1 - 4 people. Your well-behaved four-legged friend is also welcome after registration and for a fee.
