Spacious apartment with stunning harbour views

Set in the heart of Falmouth, 'the inlet' is a spacious & stylish self-catering apartment for 2 persons on the entire ground floor of my Victorian town house, offering stunning harbour views over the historic sailing port of Falmouth. With its unique location & gorgeous views it's the perfect escape and is fully equipped with gas central heating, French bed linen, towels, etc for guests seeking a stylish getaway. Free on-road parking but isn't guarranteed directly outside the premises. The space The inlet is a 5/10 minute walk to the fabulous centre of Falmouth town, the Harbour & Maritime Museum, and a 10/15 minute walk to the glorious Gyllyngvase Beach & Cafe, Falmouth University, Falmouth Marine School, Pendennis Castle, the train & bus station. My stylish ground floor apartment is set out on one level giving you your own sitting room with two large sash windows. You will have stunning views across to the harbour and sailing waters of the Carrick Roads to Pendennis Castle, Flushing and St Mawes. The sitting room includes two large sofas and a smart TV, so you are comfortably set up for the not so sunny days should you wish to take it easy. The spacious bedroom has a Kingsize bed, dressed with a mix of high quality soft, crumpled French linen. This room has a large sash window overlooking your private courtyard on which you can enjoy your G&T, wine, beer or just a good brew while enjoying the evening sun during the summer months. Along the hallway with a private door to the courtyard, you have a fully-fitted kitchen with washer/dryer/range cooker/microwave/dishwasher and dining area. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower, with toiletries, towels and bathrobes. In the courtyard you have a table & chairs and a drying line to hang your washing & wetsuits in preparation for your next sea adventure. Note: The inlet is set above the town so there is a hill climb coming home. There will be noisy seagulls at breeding times of the year, and some noise from the apartment above. On street parking is free & unlimited but cannot be guaranteed outside the property. Check in between 4pm - 11pm. (if a guest has been delayed beyond these hours we request you show respect to the neighbours and do not use the courtyard after these hours) Quiet hours between Midnight and 7am. Check out by 10.00am. There is a minimum stay of 7 consecutive nights between June and September Friday to Friday and Falmouth calendar events. If we have a gap of 1 x night between reservations we may accomodate a reservation but it isn't guarranteed. Guest access The apartment is private and accessed by you only. However during your stay in warm weather there may be times when the courtyard and plants will be watered. Other things to note Please show respect to our neighbours and refrain from using the courtyard after 23.30 hours. Quiet hours between midnight and 7am. No Smoking/vaping inside the apartment. Please do not leave lights on during sleeping hours particularly in the bathroom. Ensure the front door and the door to your apartment are locked at all times.
