Kalyves beach - sea front 50m / Left apt

A comfy 110m² apartment in a perfect summer house 50m away from the beach. Great place for families with kids, shallow sea, big garden space. A big umbrella for 3-4 people is provided for free as well as 2-3 sun beds. 40-45 minutes drive to Thessaloniki's airport, Fast access to Kassandra and Sithonia. Beach bars (200m), watersports (300m), tavernas and supermarkets within 2-3 km range. The apartment has 2 front balconies, 3 sleeping rooms (wit A/C) & 7 beds, 8th person needs to be accommodated on sofa. In both balconies there is a split for privacy. The apartment is all yours. Use the garden, parking or grill as you please. At the grill there is also a large table if you would like to eat there. Since the grill area is common, please leave it clean in case another tenant would like to use it. As I live abroad there is a very little chance to meet you, if our holidays coincide. My parents are doing the check-in. They live in a apartment in the backside of the villa (they are mainly there in the weekends), so if you need anything you can reach-out in person or reach me via airbnb app. The villa is quite big and consists of many apartments. During the weekdays it is rather quiet, but in the weekends it may get busy, especially in August. Please respect other tenants' holidays & silent hours. Other info : Towels and bedsheets+covers are provided. We have also mosquito repellers & nets. Kitchen: there is an espresso machine- working with capsules, pots/utensils,oven, toaster Internet: Internet speed is sufficient for browsing & chatting. According tothe current law for short term rentals, providing ID number in case of non-Greek citizent & AFM in case of Greek citizent is required. Property can accommodate max 8 ppl.
