Our spacious 110 sq.m. apartment is part of a villa with multiple apartments and is just 50 meters from the beach. Tavernas and supermarkets are conveniently located within 2–3 km, so everything you need for a relaxed family stay is close by. The garden, parking and grill areas, are shared with other tenants. Crib and high chair are provided upon request. 8th person needs to be accommodated on the sofa. The space Our apartment consists of: -Downstairs: a large living room with dining space and kitchen, one bedroom with queen bed and one bathroom with shower. -Upstairs : one bedroom with queen bed, one bedroom with three single beds and one bathroom with shower and washing machine All bedrooms have A/C while in the Living & Dining room there are two ceiling fans. Whole apartment is equipped with mosquito nets. There are two front balconies with sea view. Other things to note As our apartment is a part of villa with multiple apartments, please respect other tenants' holidays & silent hours. After using grill area, please keep the spot clean for use by other tenants. According to the current law for short term rentals, providing ID number in case of non-Greek citizen & AFM in case of Greek citizen is required. Property can accommodate max 8 people.
