Comfort House is a year-round facility located in the village of Łężyce, which is situated on the Duszniki Zdrój – Karłów tourist route, at the foot of the Stołowe Mountains National Park. The interesting location of this village is undoubtedly its advantage, and the foothill climate and silence prevailing here undoubtedly favor relaxation and undisturbed contact with the beauty of the local nature. The location of the facility is also an ideal base for hiking, cycling and car trips due to the fact that it is located near numerous tourist routes showing the beauty of the Kłodzko Valley. From the facility, there is a road leading directly to the access route to Błędne Skały, Szczeliniec Wielki, as well as the Zieleniec Ski Arena. The wonderful atmosphere of the spas is created by the nearby Spa Parks of well-known spa resorts, i.e. Duszniki Zdrój, Polanica Zdrój and of Kudowa-Zdrój. Comfort House is a facility of eight cottages offering 64 beds. Each cottage with an area of 60 m2 has a living room, kitchen with dining area and bathroom on the ground floor. The kitchenette is equipped with a set of dishes, a hot plate, a kettle, a fridge and a microwave. In the living room there is a TV, a large fold-out corner sofa, a bench, a table and chairs. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, hairdryer and towels. Upstairs there are two bedrooms equipped with two double beds and two sofas. One of the rooms has an exit to the balcony. Each cottage has a terrace equipped with garden furniture. The property has free parking, a barbecue area and a children's playground. The area is fenced and monitored.
