The space Opening of the facility 03 July 2021 Comfort House is a year-round facility located in the village of Łężyce, which is located on the tourist route Duszniki Zdrój – Karłów, at the foot of the Table Mountain National Park. The interesting location of this village is undoubtedly its advantage, and the prevailing atmosphere and silence are undoubtedly conducive to relaxation and undisturbed contact with the beauty of the local nature. The location of the property is also an ideal base for hiking, biking, and car tours due to the fact that it is close to numerous hiking trails showing the beauty of the Kłodzko Basin. From the property there is a road directly leading to the access route in Błędne Skały , Szczeliniec Wielki, as well as Ski Arena Zieleniec. The great atmosphere of the spa is created by the nearby Spa Parks, famous spa resorts, i.e. Duszniki Zdrój, Polanica Zdrój and Kudowa-Zdrój. Comfort House is a property of eight cottages with 64 beds. Each 60 m2 cottage has a living room, kitchens with a dining area, and a bathroom on the ground floor. The kitchenette is equipped with a set of dishes, a hot plate, a kettle, a refrigerator, and a microwave. The living room has a TV, a large reclining corner, a bench, and a table and chairs. The bathroom has a shower, hair dryer and towels. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with two double beds and two sofas. One of the rooms has an exit to the balcony. Each cottage has a patio equipped with outdoor furniture. The property has free parking, a barbecue area, and a children's play area. The property is fenced and monitored.
