The space This dazzling 3-bedroom, 2 full bath condo has room for everyone. Bedroom 1 features a Queen Bed and a Double (Full) over Double (Full) Bunk Bed. Bedroom #2 has a Queen Bed and Bedroom #3 has a Twin over Twin Bunk Bed. The Living Room offers plenty of seating, including 2 Comfy Sofa's and 2 Lounge Chairs. The Kitchen is fully equipped with a full-sized refrigerator, stove/oven, outdoor Gas Grill, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and dishwasher. Just down the hallway is a stackable washer and dryer for your convenience in the bed room.. The Dining Area table seats 6-8 or take the dinner outside to the beautiful Trex deck looking at the lake and listening to the nostalgic US23. Enjoy your morning coffee or your evening beverage by the lake or on one of the many picnic tables throughout the park-like common grounds. In addition to the Ultra High-Speed WIFI (Tested at >500MB) , we've included IOS charging cords/power stations to use during you’re stay, along with in-room security safe to store your valuables while lounging on our beautiful weekly grommed >360’ wide beach. Let's not forget about the four firepits located on the beach with plenty of wood available for purchase at Pete's Party Store across US23. Guest access Prior to your arrival, we will text your private entry code, WI-FI login info along with the address. Other things to note We offer two parking spots for you and your guests, unfortunately no boats or trailers allowed. However, if you have any special requests please text me, we may be able to accomodate you. Please note we have a strict maximum of 8 guests policy, we reserve the right to charge up to $50.00 per additional guests per night and or reserve the right to ask additional guests to leave. Please check with the owners prior to booking with an overage of guests.
