Villa 10**** is located at the foot of the Acherkogel, the northernmost 3000 m peak in the Eastern Alps (3,007 m) and the northernmost three-thousander in Europe. You have the Villa 10**** all to yourself and your family, including a heated outdoor pool (only usable from May 1 to September 30), two terraces and a spacious, park-like garden. Villa 10**** is exclusive, equipped with real pictures and gives you an absolute luxury. Guest access The Villa 10****, including the entire outdoor area with pool and two terraces as well as the park-like garden with illuminated fountain, is exclusively at your disposal. Other things to note Please note that Villa 10**** is ideally suited for use by 6 adults and 2 children (one interior room 2 to master bedroom). You can also use Villa 10**** with up to 10 adults, which affects the special ambience of Villa 10****, as you then also use the spacious living room for sleeping purposes. Insofar as you use the Villa 10**** only with 4 adults and 2 children, you have a parlor (instead of room 4), a living room, a dining room (hall) and a conservatory as common rooms. The conservatory and the living room have direct access to the terrace and park. You can use the on-site all-suite resort's wellness facilities free of charge. The restaurant chriStin in the All-Suite Resort is also open to you. If you wish to use the underground parking spaces, they can be rented at the Hotel All-Suite, subject to availability.
