The space The property is elevated above sea level to provide an amazing view of the waterfront and ocean in the distance. There are 3 bedrooms which includes 1 lagoon front master, and 2 ocean view rooms accommodating up to 6 guests. The lagoon front master bedroom features a king bed, double wardrobe, air conditioning, private en-suite shower room with a patio and sun loungers to sit back and enjoy the sea front view. The ocean view rooms feature king beds, double wardrobes, air conditioning, shared en-suite bathroom with a large outdoor shower. This property offers a fully equipped home away from home kitchen with an oven, induction cook top, microwave/convection oven, toaster, blender, sandwich press, rice cooker, baking equipment, breakfast bar, 2 areas for outdoor dining, BBQ, wide selection of dishes, glassware, platters, pots & utensils for easy cooking & presentation. In addition the large wrap-around beachfront deck area provides ample space for additional seating with lounges and beach chairs. For your convenience a guest bathroom is located next to the laundry room with washer, dryer, sink and iron for convenience. Kayaks, SUPs, masks & fins are provided with private access down to the beach for swimming, fun and relaxation. Guest access We will provide details of access into the Villa a few days out from your arrival. Other things to note - Our properties receive a 20% discount on rental cars for guests staying +5 days. - The property is located in a quiet village setting and accommodates a maximum of 6 guests. The Villa is restricted to paying guests only. Functions or gatherings is not permitted and eviction may incur without refund if these guidelines are not adhered to.
