The price of $500 per night is for three bedrooms, two shared bathrooms and you have the option of renting a fourth bedroom, "the penthouse," for an additional $150 per night. The en suite penthouse is on the second story. The space The location is spectacular. We're located on a sandy, safe beach for swimming (except in the summer, when it's surfable) right in front, down the slope, from the house. The community is small and the folks are friendly. We are visited on Wednesday mornings by vendors of fresh, organic produce, organic bakery goods, dairy, and fish. Guest access The fourth bedroon called the "Penthouse" is only available with direct permission and payment. Other things to note Please note that while the usual minimum stay is three days, there is a minimum of seven days at Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, and Easter periods.
