At Finca Liarte we have three-bedroom rural houses (6-8 places), two bathrooms, a large living room-kitchen and outdoor terrace with barbecue and garden furniture. The property has a heated pool with a movable cover, a Jacuzzi in the garden, a playground, a farm with animals, foosball, table tennis and a soccer field. The houses are equipped with all amenities, a full kitchen, air conditioning, heating and a wood-burning fireplace. The space The house has a large living room with sofas and armchairs to sit comfortably and a cozy wood-burning fireplace. The kitchen is attached to the living room and has a large table where you can enjoy a good meal in good company. It is equipped with a ceramic stovetop, oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and microwave. It has all the necessary utensils and the most used small appliances: juicer, toaster, blender and coffee maker. The bedrooms are spacious and cozy, equipped with a comfortable bed where you can rest at ease. They have the necessary bedding. The house has two full bathrooms with a set of towels per person. In one of the bathrooms is the washing machine and a hair dryer. In each house there is also a covered terrace with a large table where you can have an aperitif, lunch or dinner in the fresh air, next to it is the barbecue to make meat or a good paella made with firewood. There is a load of firewood next to the barbecue. It is heated with radiators and air conditioning. Guest access The property has many facilities to enjoy outdoors with family and friends: heated pool, Jacuzzi, playground (swings, trampoline, cabin, sandbox), play area (table football, table tennis, petanque, connect 4), soccer field and basketball, wood oven and barbecues, and farm where you can collect eggs from the hens and feed the donkey and the goats. The estate is 30 minutes from Mazarrón's beaches.
