You can see the curvature of the horizon from the terrace. The house has cozy accommodations commensurate with the old world charm of our villa in the sun. We have a living room and patio furniture, tv and dining table. We have two (2) bedrooms upstairs; one is a family room with two queen beds, and the other bedroom with queen bed. Before booking Que Sera, please review our house rules, arrival instructions, pictures posted on AirBNB and note Pool Deck and Open Terrace are accessible from all areas of our home. Although this is a delightful feature, we do not recommend our home for young children. If you choose to book our villa with young children, please be mindful of these features at the villa and watch your kids. Our entire home can accommodate up to 4 people. All bedrooms have attached bathrooms, Air Conditioning and Ceiling fans. One (1) bedroom has a walk in showers and One (1) bedroom has shower and bathtub combination. Our pool on the shallow end is approximately 4ft and the deep end is approximately 10ft deep. Please note the above when engaging with the pool. It's a great layout for a family. The patio invites you to have long meals together and conversation. It's just something about the beauty of the place that makes you want to relax. Guest access Guest will have villa access to our pool, gardens, and the golf course* (*the Golf Course is currently unavailable and under construction until to open Winter 2025/2026). The Beach is walking distance or short drive (5 min) to our local private villa owners beach at ocean park. A private beach pass will be sent to guests via What's app for entry into the Villa Owner's Beach allowing access for up to 10 ppl as guests of Que Sera. The Cardiff Hall Hotel & Spa is located only steps away from our villa and has a full service restaurant (Breakfast , Lunch and Dinner), Bar, Dessert Cafe, WIFI and for a fee for service you can enjoy the salon, get a massage or manicure / pedicure. Other hotels in area (Royalton White Sands/Duncans, Bahia Principe/Runaway Bay, FDR Resort/Runaway Bay, Sandals/Runaway Bay) offer seasonally day or evening passes* (subject to availability at time of purchase) to enjoy full facilities including meals , beach activities , spa, tennis, scuba and more. Please call or stop by these hotel front desks for details. A new Sandals family resort and the golf course will re-open in the area in 2026. Other things to note As we are in process of determining environmentally sustainable solutions for upgrades to our villa, we do not currently offer the following: - a back up generator - or offer washer / dryer use for our guests. Our Local Host is the manager at the hotel across the street (Cardiff Hall Hotel + Spa) and can support our guest access to WiFi in case of emergency and/or needs for paid accommodations in the event of an emergency.
