Welcome to Big Ox Manor BnB! A private residence located in the Tripoli subdivision of Runaway Bay, St Ann Parish. Our home is 1 hour east of Montego Bay, 40 mins to Ocho Rios, 3 hours to Negril (west) or Kingston (southeast), and 5 mins to the beach. This 6k sq ft Manor on just over an acre is “Earth” friendly... and will be your home away from home while on holiday, vacay, or work/school travel... whichever brings you “pon yawd” is a blessing and we aim to make it memorable! The space This home currently features 5bdrm/5bth (sleeps 8-12), ceiling fans, lots of windows for natural light, plenty of island breeze, a large eat in kitchen (#BreakFresh available daily), 2 enclosed wrap around porches with views, ample outdoor space and secure parking. We are currently renting 3 of the 5 available suites as we have 2 long term renters. Consideration for renting the entire property will be given to large groups and vacationing families. Ample outdoor space for exercise, yoga, sun bathing/gazing, earthing, cooking (grill available) etc... Are you celebrating? Let’s us know, we can help you plan, and save over the resorts being local. Guest access Check-In/Out: 12pm (Flexible) Upon checking in, you’ll be welcomed home by your host, given a set of keys, escorted to you suite and be left to unwind. Each stay grants access all common spaces and facilities. If arriving early, we can gladly store your luggage prior check-in. If hosting an event during your stay, we can help you arrange shipping and connect you to the most economical options available. During your stay We like to stay out of the way during your stay. #BreakFresh will be provided daily, in the form of a local fresh fruit/juice spread, along with a blender and recipe book for DIY smoothies. We have a fully trained executive chef on staff, available if additional catering is desired. There is a staff suite on site for our staff that come and go; but for the most part we operate behind the scenes. Room Cleaning: Stays of 7 days of more get 1 cleaning service every 4th day. Laundry services available (gratuity based services) Other things to note Local Guest Policy: We love all you love, and all are welcome to visit you during your stay. But for your protection and ours: Big Ox Manor BnB, has a Zero Tolerance Policy for overnight stays by “Unregistered” guests. This is grounds for termination of your stay, with zero entitlement to a refund as this is a breach of contract, and not covered by our insurance.
