Guest access You have access to the whole house, garden, and private pool ( except storage room and cupboards that are locked) Other things to note While our garden is private, all the beaches in Bali are public. Local families enjoy the beach usually around sunset time. It is worth noting that as our pool is a bit setback from the sea and has plants in front, it offers more privacy than most of the neighboring beach villas. Cancellation or refund is not possible for the following reasons: . Any issues caused by neighborhood, construction noise, government, utility suppliers. . TV channel, internet or wifi problem. Temporary utility issues including electricity/gas/water/toilet/air conditioning • Temporary cleanness issues including leaves, dust, spider webs, animals or insects. . Lizards, mosquitoes, flies, animals or insects indoor and outdoor . Dirty pool after rain . Normal wear and tear We usually resolve all issues immediately. For temporary utility/cleanliness issues mentioned above. Please inform us of any problems and we will fix it as soon as possible. Due to the hot, humid, and salty climate, accommodations in Bali always require more care and maintenance. We always strive to provide the best service for our guests.
