The space 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, compound consists of main house and guest house; main house with fully equipped kitchen, dining room, open concept, living room with flat screen TV, internet access throughout the property, air-conditioning and fan in every room. Generator and reserve water tank for blackouts. Guest access Entire main house and outdoor space is available, guest house available if the number of guests exceeds 10. We never rent to two different groups at a time. No access to storage and pool pump areas. Other things to note Panama is a tropical country with a potential for occasional inclement weather from April to December (9-month rainy season). Blackouts may occur in the country during this period. We are the only residence in the immediate area that has a back-up gasoline generator that can mitigate loss of electricity for a specified amount of time. No loud parties allowed.
