Queen bed & sofa bed. No TV. Strictly no parties or gatherings allowed. The space It's a 700 sq.ft. flat and private patio that is perfect for enjoying meals outside. Sun shines on the balcony during from 6am - 12pm. One bedroom opens into the kitchen/living room with large folding French doors which reduces privacy of that room but adds a lot of character to the flat overall. With inverted air-cons and full insulation in walls, floors and ceiling, the flat remains nice and cozy during the winter months.
