(Panama) Beach house, with a golf course.

This villa, due to its location, comfort, convenience and style is a unique, pleasant and unforgettable experience. It is located 90 minutes from Panama City, on the Pacific coast. It has an 18-hole golf course, and is ten minutes (walking) from the beach. The house is surrounded by palm trees and beautiful gardens. Fully lit, it has a swimming pool with a beach, and a water fountain, 2 Jacuzzis, 1 square for children, and a round one with heating, with a capacity for 12 people. The space Pool table, bar, kiosk with gas BBQ, garage for 8 cars, marine decoration. All rooms have a bathroom, air conditioning, ceiling fans, satellite TV, and a bar fridge. 3 bedrooms, with 6 double beds and three single beds. 2 bedrooms have king size beds. The sixth room is for the service employees and can accommodate 3 service employees. The living room has a giant TV screen with projector to watch movies, videos, games, and also for karaoke. Other things to note The house has a maximum capacity of 12 guests including children, but when for some special reason, the tenant requires exceeding this quota, an additional 50 USD/night will be charged, for each additional guest, up to a maximum of 16 guests, that is, 4 guests more than the original capacity allowed. During the holiday season and Christmas or New Year holidays, the minimum number of nights per booking is 8 nights. On national holidays and carnivals, the minimum number of nights per booking is 5-6 nights. And during Easter, the minimum number of nights per booking is 4-5 nights.
