The space The flat has a large living room with a west facing balcony accessible through a set of wall-to-wall French doors. Deck chairs have been provided for guests to enjoy the uninterrupted views of the Indian ocean as well as marvel at fantastic sunsets of an evening. A fully fitted open plan kitchen is located immediately to the right of the living room. It features a water-cooler as well as a set of cooking utensils, plates, cups, bowls, cutlery etc. There's also a 4-seater dining table in the kitchen area. There's a small patio just outside the kitchen where a washing machine and washing lines can be found. Next to the kitchen is the public toilet with a shower. Right through the archway & to the left is a little hallway leading up to the main bedroom which features an en-suite bathroom, a king-size bed, a nightstand and fitted wardrobes. To the left of the main bedroom is a further two double-bedrooms featuring double-beds and fitted wardrobes. Both of these share a bathroom located at the far end of the corridor. All rooms feature a ceiling fan, aircon, and dimmable LED lights. All bathrooms feature a pedestal stand, top-lit vanity mirror, shaver points, toilet, overhead shower with mixer tap & a glass divider. Bath and hand towels as well as toilet rolls will be provided on check-in. Little Tip: To naturally cool the place down during the hot sunny days (especially during Nov- Feb months), keep the kitchen as well as the balcony doors open to allow the nice cool easterly breeze through the space. Do this with all bedroom windows too, keeping internal doors open. Watch out! Ensure all bugs screens are fully closed when doors/windows are open to keep the nasties out!
