Perfect casual beach cabana! This 2 bedroom beachfront gem is perched atop the sand dune with steps to the most beautiful and swimmable section of the world famous North Beach of Great Guana Cay. The view from the open concept living room and kitchen with 12' ceilings is simply breathtaking! We are located on the oceanside of the settlement , just down the beach from Nipper's Beach Bar and Grill. There are three Condo's in this building, two oceanfront and one garden front. The space The space is bright and casual as you would expect from a brand new beach home. Two large bedrooms each have views of the harbour and settlement. You will enjoy a private entrance and Beachfront deck that will lead you to simple well organized living space Guest access The condo is centrally located on the oceanside of settlement harbour, literally a 1 minute cart ride to the Dive shop in the center of town. There is parking in the back of the house for your rental cart. Remember to drive on the left!! Other things to note Golf carts are available for rent on the cay. It's a fun way to get around town and a quick trip to the marinas or grocery store.
