Large Ground Floor Luxury Appartement (2-8 Pers)

Open the large sliding window from this unique recently completely renovated appartement and you are on the beach promenade. The 175m2 apartment fits up to 8 people comfortable. Through the private rear door you easily load and unload your car. There is no need to mess with a too small elevator. The small garage fits bicycles, scooters, a motorcycle, surfing gear, quad, ... Park your car in our private parking (option). We only rent full weeks (sa to sa) Fire Safety ok The space Our ground level appartement is perfect for people whom do not want or can't use an elevator. Just open de sliding window, cross the promenade and you are on the sandy beach. It's just perfect for everybody but especially for couples with small children, elderly people, or disabled persons. The beach of Westende-Bad is one of the quieter beaches of Belgium, there's plenty of beach-space for everybody. Do you want some more action, the beach cities of Nieuwpoort en Oostende are nearby. During the summer months there are plenty of activities for both children and adults. And every evening you can enjoy the sunset from your lazy chair in the appartement. In Westende-Bad you'll find a lot of nice restaurants and shops. Do you want to try something different, just take a bike and visit Nieuwpoort. Too lazy to bike, the 'kusttram' (trolley) will bring you fast, cheap and safe to Nieuwpoort or Oostende. Do you prefer to cook yourselves then you will enjoy the fully equipped kitchen. You can use the induction hob, oven, Miele high-pressure steamer, microwave, two fridges and freezer. Don't worry about the dishes cause there's a dish-washing machine. Sand and seawater can be a problem for your cloths and towels. You can use the washing machine, dryer and iron to solve these problems. The main bathroom has a nice large rain shower. In the master bedroom there is a private whirlpool tub. There is a master bedroom, bathroom with shower, seperate toilet and a small garage. The rest of the ground floor is one big living space. The large second bedroom (sleeps 4 people) flows into the kitchen, which becomes the living space. This is a very nice setup for children, but less if you prefer privacy. There is drawing of the appartement in the photo sections, please check it carefully. Due to the crazy new Belgian VAT laws we do NOT supply towels and bedlinen. If we would supply those we would need to charge you 6% VAT for the complete rental cost and we would need to do a lot of paperwork 4 times a year. Pets are more than welcome in our apartment. We do ask that the owners clean all hair and dust from their pets before leaving the apartment. You can use the WiFi internet connection. The LG Smart TV can be used to access YouTube, Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney Plus, Apple TV+, ... In the basement studio you'll find the third bedroom (staircase). There are also some lazy chairs, a work table and a TV projector. It's perfect for your children to play, or to sit and relax while watching a movie on the big screen with your family. They'll fall asleep in their own 'room'. There is a private garage available at 50 meter of the apartment, we charge 50 Euro/week for the garage (only week rentals). Guest access The complete appartement is available for our guests, we do not live there. There are plenty of closets in the sleeping rooms and kitchen. You will surely be able to fit your complete garderobe. A few closets are private and can't be used. Other things to note * You can read about our appartement on our website: www(dot)rudidelaet(dot)be(backslash)westende * Breakfast you can buy at the local bakery shops, two are within 100m walking distance * Cars are not allowed on the promenade after 10am, very safe for your children. * In the living room there is staircase to the basement studio / 3th bedroom. The staircase is open and might be dangerous for small children. * WiFi and water use is included in the prices. * Electricity and gas are also included in the prices. * There is a 32A/230V power outlet to charge an EV. The electricity used for this is charged extra. * We only rent full weeks from Saturday till Saturday. Make sure you select 7, 14, 21 or 28 days. All other bookings will be cancelled. * You will need to bring your own bed linen and towels, these are not included in the rental price. We can not offer these because of the new Belgian VAT laws. * On your arrival we'll ask you to pay a 300 Euro warranty. When your holiday ends and nothing is damaged we'll return the warranty immediately. You can pay cash or use a bank transfer.
