Other things to note 1.5 hours from the city of Papeete, we are located in one of the last very well-preserved areas of the island of Tahiti. Concerned about safety for you and your family, we also provide life jackets with kayaks and a first aid kit. While being in an area that is still untouched, we are located: - 5 min from the black sand beach of Tautira where the river and the sea meet and where you can share a game of Volleyball if you wish. - 15 min from the center of Taravao where there are several supermarkets (Champion, Carrefour, Super U etc...) very good restaurants and cinema. - 20 min from the magnificent Belvedere viewpoint - 35 min from the famous Teahupoo wave (ask us for the shortcut that only locals know ^^) By boat, don't hesitate to take excursions to Fenua Aihere Hiking, discover the Te Pari with a local guide. The whale season is from July to November and whales can be seen from the Villa :) In addition, for drinking water consumption we provide gallons of water that are available at our expense. There are also fantastic places to discover in this area of the island, so don't hesitate to call on external service providers to discover places that are still little frequented and really beautiful.
