The space Le Gîte du Manoir is an old house, Morvandelle architecture. Easy to access, located 15 minutes from the A6 motorway exit No. 22 Avallon, the Gîte du Manoir is ideally located, in the Parc Naturel Régional du Morvan, near Avallon, Vézelay and Quarré les Tombes. It is composed of: • A large main room with French ceiling giving access to the terrace and garden in the back through a window door with - A dining area for 4 people - A seating area, with a NON-convertible sofa 2 relaxation armchairs, the set in front of a pellet stove. 1 TV with platform access one or more streaming platforms An Amazon connected speaker with Deezer subscription • A separate kitchen with a large window overlooking the garden, with gas stove and electric oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and filter coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, raclette machine... • A bedroom with a 160 cm bed and storage closet • A bathroom with shower, sink, storage and towel dryer. • Separate toilet A covered carport is present in front of the cottage At the back, you will find a fully enclosed plot (ideal for animals) without neighbors, with garden furniture, deckchair, barbecue. - Electricity included up to 10 kWh per day corresponding to current consumption (kitchen, light, bathroom heating) HEATING INCLUDED - Wood pellets One bag of pellets is provided per rental day (included in the rate).
