The space Our house is tucked away in a botanists’ dream; our extensive garden is home to lime trees, frangipani, bougainvillea, crotons, neem and mango trees, hibiscus, papaya, palms—royal, coconut, and finger palms, aloe vera, to name a few. If you’re lucky, you’ll also catch a glimpse of the Sykes monkeys and small, colorful lizards that live on site. The garden-facing apartment (Kisiwa ) was constructed with our guests’ comfort in mind. The wifi-equipped apartment is spacious, and includes (2) double, ensuite bedrooms, AC, an in-room safe, a mosquito net, and large, comfortable beds with high quality bedding. The apartment is equipped with a fully furnished (coconut wood) living room, which has a large shared balcony with the next door apartment Bahari . There is a kitchenette, which is equipped with a cooker, oven, fridge, kettle, microwave ,utensils, and essential items. Not in the mood to cook? We are happy to arrange lunch and dinner through our private, on-site chef at your convenience. We understand the importance of the little things that might be a hassle to travel with, and have equipped the kitchen with tea, coffee, a kettle, sugar, oil, ice, salt, and pepper. Your bathrooms are equipped with basic toiletries; shampoo, soap and body wash. In addition to the brand-new, completely self-sufficient apartment, we invite our guests to make use of the , swimming pool. With a depth ranging from 0.6 to 1.7 meters, and small children’s pool, surrounded by lounge chairs and Chill Out Banda we have found swimming pool area to be the perfect chill out spot and nook for reading, having juice or cocktails. The Barbeque Banda is an outdoor dining area, with self-service bar, a BBQ, and a wood-fired pizza oven . A hearty breakfast is also served at the BBQ Banda and it is included in the accommodation rate . If our guests wish to enjoy lunch or dinner on the property , we would be more than happy to arrange it upon request and for additional fee.
