The house is built above the waves and has large windows that provide a panoramic view of the sea and the town of Zapallar. It is close to all the necessary amenities and you can walk to the beach on a nice walk along the rocks. Ideal for relaxing while looking at the sea. The space The loft is for 4 people. It has a bed in a loft that is reached by a ladder, and two armchairs that convert to beds. The kitchen and dining room are open and connect to the terrace thanks to a sliding door. There are also two other terraces; one with a grill and stove, and another on the rocks with an incredible view of the waves. It has parking for one car, from which the loft is accessed by a staircase without handrails. It also has a dishwasher, coffee maker, sunshade, and a nice garden of succulents and native flora. The beach can be reached by walking over the rocks, and also by road and pedestrian promenade. It will take you approximately 20 minutes. Other things to note There is no Wi-Fi or TVs, so you can completely disconnect and relax with the sound of the sea.
