The Old Coach House is set within its own private garden which features a large pond - which is filled with wildlife. Badgers, deers and foxes roam the gardens all year round - and the dark skies are great for cosy stargazing experiences with loved ones. The market town of Louth is only two miles away and peaceful countryside walks surround the property. The property is on the edge of the Lincolnshire Wolds (AONB), and golden sand beaches are around a 20 minute drive away from our location. Both the kitchen and bedroom have double doors leading to a private patio area and large pond – which is fully secluded for your personal enjoyment. The patio has an outdoor seating space and gas BBQ for those long summer evenings. The garden is filled with wildlife: wood pigeons, finches, pheasants, muntjac deer, squirrels, foxes and at night, badgers. This is a perfect country escape for those looking for somewhere peaceful surrounded by nature. The cottage can sleep 2 adults - for friends sharing the sofa bed upstairs in the sitting room can be used; however the cottage is mostly booked by couples looking for a romantic escape. The market town of Louth is two miles from us and contains a wealth of boutique shops, restaurants, pubs and quaint tea rooms. Further afield - there is an abundance of peaceful countryside walks through the Lincolnshire Wolds (AONB) and blue flag beaches all within a 20 minute drive away. Other things to note We are a completely non smoking / vaping site. This is a strict restriction on our insurance policy. Anyone found to be smoking will be requested to leave and charged a deep cleaning fee. We are a peaceful countryside retreat, where guests can relax and unwind in nature. This is not a place to party. Anyone not respecting our house rules will be asked to leave without refund.
