This is a spacious older farmhouse, located in a quiet rural area offering a great 'get-away' from the hustle and bustle of city life, yet it is within 5 mins of the local picturesque village of Myshall and Mount Leinster. The house is cosy, full of character, has 3 large bedrooms, one downstairs (en-suite) the other two upstairs sharing toilet and shower, a living/dining area and a separate kitchen with all modern conveniences . This is a Self-Catering house suitable for 7 people. The space The self catering farmhouse is situated in a scenic area with access to a garden and large parking area. There are three spacious bedrooms, one en suite bedroom downstairs and there are two bedrooms upstairs sharing a toilet/ shower room which can sleep 7 people. There is a compact kitchen offering many modern facilities and a living/dining room. There is also a private outdoor dining area. Ideally located for touring the south-east of Ireland. A cot and high- chair are available. An evening meal can be organised, (provided 24 hours notice is given). A choice of menu will be available, with special dietary requirements catered for. Details of menus and prices can be forwarded after booking. There are many beautiful walks in the area ranging from A, B and C levels of difficulty. A private guide and packed lunch can be organised, prior notification is required. Guest access Guests have access to garden area around the house, the farm yard and animals only when accompanied. Other things to note A car is recommended for your convenience. We live a short distance from the towns of Borris, Bunclody and Bagenalstown, within an hour of Kilkenny, Rosslare Harbour, and 1.5 hours from Dublin. The "The South Leinster Way" walking route is on our doorstep also we are in the heartlands of "Ireland's Ancient East" and on the route of "The Columban Way".
