Peterkin's Retreat

My place is great for families that need a house for long or short term vacation. The property is situated off Perth Road in Mandeville Jamaica just a 1/2 hour walk to Town Center. This recently built 3 story house is very spacious and located in a gated community. Nightly rate shown is for 2 people. Additional occupants must pay an additional $30 per night per person. Chef and/or housekeeper are available upon request for an additional price. The space First Floor: gym, one bedroom with twin sized bed, bathroom, laundry room, mini bar. Second Floor: living room, family room, powder room, kitchen, dining room, large bedroom with two queen sized beds and separate bathroom, two patios. Third Floor: two bedrooms, study/library, bathroom, patio. Guest access Four bedrooms are available, two of which are on the 3rd floor and are fully furnished and include one queen sized bed each. These two bedrooms are separated by a full sized bathroom. The third bedroom is located on the second floor and is furnished with two queen sized beds and a separate bathroom. The fourth bedroom is located on the first floor and is furnished with a twin sized bed and has its own separate bathroom.
