Tiny Homes Algarrobo offers quiet accommodation with a privileged location, blocks from the sea and a 15-minute walk from downtown. We have cozy, clean, and functional tiny apartments, ideal for enjoying a comfortable and quiet stay near the beach. Each apartment has a private bathroom and equipped kitchen. The space The property was originally built for the purpose of living my retirement and sharing with my large family. We started Airbnb in 2018 with a suite thanks to the suggestion of my traveling daughter, and today we have several suites for tourist use. This has become the owner's new full-time occupation, who discovered that he loves being a host. The property's area has a very high added value, and therefore the prices of accommodations in general are high. However, our goal as a family is to offer an unbeatable alternative in price and quality, and our reviews attest to this. Apartment located on the first floor, independent and comfortable, well located and easily accessible by car or on foot. Outdoor spaces such as terrace, quincho and pool are shared with the other guests. We also have a mini gym, which you can use for free, we only ask you to leave it tidy. The sauna costs 25,000 pesos per hour. Guest access Some areas are shared with free access, such as the house's access areas, the pool area, and use of the heated pool, grill area, and clay oven. Each suite has all the amenities for a very comfortable stay - full private bathroom, double bed, equipped kitchen and terrace in the case of some suites. The rate includes the entire furnished space, full bedding, Wi-Fi, open and satellite TV, and a sauna available for optional use at an additional charge. The space has some drawbacks for people with limited mobility, including infants and the elderly. There is no elevator and the pool is not fenced. In addition to its beaches, the town is famous for being the national capital of water sports, especially sailing. Valparaiso is half an hour from Isla Negra (home to the largest of Pablo Neruda's three houses) and twenty minutes from the Casablanca Valley, with all its vineyards.
