The waterfront house is located on the beach of Aore Island over looking the clear calm waters of Segond Channel just a ten minute boat ride from the township of Luganville on Espiritu Santo, Vanuatu. 200m of your own white sandy beach to enjoy. The space The house is a contemporary open plan style with all mod cons, it is Eco friendly with pure rain water and 24hr solar power & emergency generator back up. There is room for up to 7 adults comfortably. Beds can be set up as king size doubles, king singles or double bunks to suit. All windows have screens and ceiling fans are in every room. you have a full kitchen and outdoor BBQ area The villa is built to the highest standards here in Vanuatu. There are 2 x double and 1 x single kayaks, 4 x mountain bikes and 1 x SUP for guests to use Guest access you can swim and snorkel right out front of the villa in warm,crystal clear water with coral and tropical fish. suitable for children. Other things to note We run a Padi 5 Star Dive centre so can arrange all diving needs in house and also offer fishing. All diving and fishing is from our own private vessel which was built to commercial survey in 2013 and carries all required safety equipment.
